There are three basic ways I help women stop feeling disconnected and disappointed in life and get them in touch with what’s true for them at their core: short-term, long-term, and once in a while. If you’re ready to stop worrying about pleasing other people, looking busy, and not being a burden, you’re right where you need to be to start living authentically and unapologetically.
SHORT-TERM
JUMP-START: 14 DAYS TO YOUR NEW NORMAL
This is where people typically start. The Jump-Start program is a quick hit. It’s about changing a habit and getting yourself out of a rut, or worse, a downward spiral. It’s also a great introduction to what it’s like to work with a coach (in general) and me (in particular).
In these two weeks, you’ll see the habits and thoughts that are keeping you stuck so you can release them. You’ll also plant and tend the seeds of a daily mind-body practice so you’ll have the tools you need to let go of stress and get into that quiet mental place where you can hear your intuition. And you’ll get support and accountability from me to make changes based on the information you get from your gut.
The Jump-Start is for you if you:
- Are going through a crisis, or you’ve been in a funk so long you finally can’t stand to live this way one more day.
- Feel the pain of being disconnected from the wise part of yourself that knows what’s important, and what isn’t worth the stress
- Typically shy away from spending money on yourself (this is an incredible value – that’s why I only offer it once per client).
- Are ready to make a daily commitment to yourself.
- Crave immediate results.
WHAT YOU GET:
6 20-30 minutes calls in 2 weeks, typically on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays:
- 1 kickoff call to identify the pattern that’s causing you the most grief, get present to all the ways it’s holding you back, and see what’s possible for you once you let it go. You’ll also end the call with a personalized practice to help you integrate the changes we discuss.
- 4 check-in calls for you to report on how your practice is going, discuss what triggers or insights have happened since we last spoke, and learn your assignment for what to do before our next call.
- Email access to Kate to ask questions, share celebrations and insights, and stay on track until our next scheduled call.
- 1 wrap-up call to recognize the changes that have taken root, review the tools you’ve learned to steady yourself, and make a plan for going forward.
NOTE: This program is only available once per client.
WHAT IT COSTS:
A one time payment of $797, or two monthly installments of $425

On this 30-minute call, we’ll identify your biggest current block, determine if coaching is a good option for you, and see if we’re a good fit for each other. You’ll start building momentum for change just by scheduling the call.
LONG-TERM
QUANTUM LEAP: 6 MONTHS OF WEEKLY CALLS
This one-on-one coaching program is for women who want to make lasting changes that are in alignment with what you know to be important, and who know that having support, guidance, objectivity, and accountability will help those changes take root.
In short, it is for women who want to stop feeling guilty and drained all the time and start getting empowered to revitalize their health, relationships, mindset, and sense of purpose.
This program is for you if you:
- Feel like you’ve gotten off track, and your old ways of coping aren’t working any more.
- Have glimpses of how you want your life to be, but keep feeling pulled back in to bad habits, and aren’t sure how to get out of your own way.
- Need help understanding, trusting, and acting on the information you hear your intuition whispering to you
- Are afraid of what you might hear when you start slowing down, breathing deep, and hearing you gut on a regular basis, and need support to feel the fear and do it anyway.
- Are open to seeing how you sabotage yourself, so you can release those old thoughts and patterns and create the space for new ways of being to take root.
- Are committed to big and lasting changes, created via small yet powerful daily actions.
- Want to model happiness, confidence, and serenity to the important people in your life – your partner, your siblings, your friends, your kids.
WHAT YOU GET:
- Weekly online assessment form to set intentions for that week’s call, celebrate your success, and identify your blocks
- Weekly 30-minute call to work through any obstacles you’ve been facing, go over your personalized mind-body practice for the week, celebrate what’s working, and set a clear intention for the week ahead that will help you move toward long-term and short-term goals.
- Email access to Kate to share celebrations, answer questions, provide moral support, and help you stay on track between calls.
- Monthly as-needed 15-minute ‘emergency call’ to talk you through moments of doubt, help you set clear intentions for difficult conversations or other incidents that make you break out in a cold sweat.
- Personalized practices tailored to what you have going on that week. Practices may be something straight-up mind-body – such as yoga or meditation – or something more personal development-y – such as doing the opposite of what you normally do during trying moments, or journaling about a particular issue – or a combination of the two.

For new clients: $4600, or 6 monthly installments of $797 (service charge of $182)

ONE-TIME SUPPORT
MISSION: DECISION
This service helps anyone struggling with an important decision hear what their body – which never lies, and which always knows what’s true for you — has to say, so you can make a choice with confidence and clarity.
WHAT YOU GET:
- 1 15-minute prep call to lay out the options before you, and explore what each choice means for your future.
- A 75-minute phone or Skype call where I’ll talk you through a personalized mind-body practice that will enable you to ‘try on’ the realities you’re debating. I’ll get you in to the space where your inner knowing – whether you call it a gut instinct or a feeling in your bones – can bubble up and be heard, so that you can make a choice that reflects who you are at your core, move forward with confidence, and stop spending time and energy on the decision-making process.
- 7 days of follow-up email support to help you navigate the after-effects of your decision.
- 15-minute follow-up call to assess how you’re settling in with your choice and explore what’s possible for you now.

TUNE UP
Once you’ve completed any of my coaching programs, you have the option to schedule a one-time call with me, to help deal with new blocks that arise or to examine what’s going on if you notice yourself sliding back in to old ways of thinking.
A Tune Up includes:
- 1 30-minute call to identify what’s going that’s making you feel stuck so you can release it, and develop a plan to keep you on track going forward
- An online assessment worksheet to hone the focus of the call and help you see why you are where you are before we even get on the phone
- Email support for 3 days to answer questions that come up once you’ve had a chance to process our call and to help you stay accountable in those crucial first days
- 15-minute follow-up call to celebrate shifts and plan next steps
