Coaching

I help busy people slow down, hear what’s true for them, and make decisions that suit who they are at their core. Even though we are doing important work together, I have a light-hearted approach. My goal is to help you take actions that will ultimately bring you a huge helping of relief. I want you to feel gooooood.

I work with clients one-on-one over the phone.

I charge an hourly rate that also includes email and text support.

I empower my clients to decide how many hours each month they’d like to talk.

I do ask clients to commit to a minimum of three months, and to consider coaching to be a six-month commitment — the average amount of time it takes to settle in to a new, better reality. But I work month-to-month, and clients can make changes to the number of hours or decide to stop coaching altogether at any point. In those instances, I ask for 30 days’ notice.
